Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Handwashing with soap removes germs and helps prevent infections because people frequently touch their eyes, nose, and mouth without even realizing it.  So do yourself and all the rest of us a favor and wash your hands!

Get ready to donate blood this Thursday!!  If you have signed up to donate, your PE teacher will be giving you a reminder sheet today or tomorrow in class with your donation time and what you need to do to prepare.  The schedule for donation times will also be posted in the gym area, so check it out! Be sure to eat, sleep, and drink well the next few days in preparation for your donation on Thursday.  Don’t forget your ID and your consent forms, you will not be able to donate without them. THANKS FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE!! Remember: blood can not be manufactured, so it takes people like us to step up and donate.
