North Allegheny is honored to host Holocaust survivor Frank Grunwald for a virtual Q&A session on Monday, April 12 at 3 o’clock. Frank will tell of his experience at the Auschwitz concentration camp and then answer our questions. Those who attend will be asked to view a one-hour documentary beforehand to prepare for the event. Students, staff, and their families can sign up to receive the link by emailing Mrs. Bergman at [email protected].

The Mental Health Awareness Club is meeting this Wednesday. The club functions as a meeting ground to discuss what’s happening with the year and to raise awareness for mental health struggles. The meetings will be online for the first few weeks on Wellness Wednesdays and will last around 45 minutes. To join the Remind, text @nmudd to the number 81010.

The Multicultural Student Union is filming a testimonial documentary to feature different voices of the North Allegheny community. Students from all age groups as well as staff, parents, and alumni are welcome to answer three questions on camera.  If you’re interested in participating, look for the Google Form on Blackboard under NASH Student Information.
