Thank you, NASH, for a successful canned food drive! As a school you donated over 2,400 cans and over $2,700 to the North Hills Food Bank. As one dollar is equal to two cans, our total is nearly 8,000 cans!  These donations will help them provide important services year-round. This year’s top giving homerooms were Mr. Morris’s Broadcasting, Mr. Kodenkandeth’ s Psychology, and in first place Mrs. Volpe’s AP Calc. Thank you to everyone who donated!

Winter is upon us NASH, and for the homeless of Pittsburgh this is by far the most difficult time of year.  This year, Project Water volunteers will be weaving blankets and mats from plastic bags to be donated to the homeless population of Pittsburgh.  Starting this week, you can help Project Water serve our community by donating to our plastic bag drive.  All donations will be repurposed into blankets and mats.  Together, we’ll be serving our community and recycling plastic waste!  Let’s make sure that no members of our community are without warmth this winter.  Plastic bag drop off bins are in Mrs Prosser’s room 369.  Get rid of your plastic bags and help out Project Water now.
