NASH Student Council is looking for more student leaders to help plan the many memorable events of the year! If you are interested in planning dances, spirit events, staff appreciation events, and making the school a better place, apply today! Scan the QR code on our posters or see us at the activity fair. Applications are due Friday, September 2nd.

Attention all leaders of clubs, activities, and sports. NASH Student Council is looking to grow our school’s homecoming parade to be bigger than ever! If you lead a club, activity, or sport and want to be involved in the homecoming parade come to a brief informational meeting Wednesday, September 7th during homeroom in the auditorium and contact Mr. Karolski with any questions.

Attention GOAL students: Your first monthly meeting will take place during homeroom this Friday, September 2nd. GOAL juniors and seniors should report to the Library on the 2nd floor at the start of homeroom.

The NA Interact Club will have its first meeting of the year on Tuesday, September 13th from 2:20 – 3:15. Students ending their day at NAI should meet at NAI in the Tiger Lounge. Students ending their day at NASH should report to the NASH “PLACE” (the room with a mural on the 2nd floor attached to the NASH Library).

National English Honors Society is an organization that gives students the opportunity to give back to their community by utilizing writing and creativity while gaining experience and an honors cord.  If you are interested in learning more about National English Honors Society, there will be an informational meeting after school in the library on Thursday, September 1st. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please see Ms. Tallerico in room 261.

Are you interested in participating in one of the oldest Olympic Sports? If so, the Fencing Club is the perfect opportunity! Our club meets every Friday in the NAI cafeteria. Practice begins at 2:45 for High School students. Our informational meeting is on September 9 from 3:15-4:30 in the NAI cafeteria. If you’re interested in joining, email us at [email protected]

Seniors who are eligible to apply for National Honor Society have been invited to apply via their NA email.  Please refer to the email for details. NHS applications from eligible seniors are due by 2:30pm on September 6. If you did NOT receive an invitation to apply but believe you are eligible, please contact Mrs. Oliver and Mr. Tengowski ASAP.

Attention Seniors: Are you interested in running for a senior class officer position?  There will be an informational meeting held on Wednesday, September 7th during homeroom in Mrs. Perry’s room 313.  Mark your calendars!

Save the date for 2022 Homecoming “A Stroll Through Paris” Presented by NASH Student Council! The Homecoming Parade and Football Game will be on Friday, October 7th and the dance will be held on Saturday, October 8th. Dance tickets will be on sale September 21st -23rd for $20 a person and September 28th – 30th for $25 a person. Friday, September 30th will be the final day to buy tickets! Be on the lookout for more information as the date approaches.
