February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, and this week NASH will be making an effort to raise awareness about abuse in teenage relationships. Did you know that 1 in 3 young people will experience dating violence? All week, bracelets will be sold for $1 during lunch periods to raise money for 3ENow, a Dating Violence Awareness organization, and a local women’s shelter. If you are in Key Club, you can get one donation hour for every ten bracelets you buy. Please support these organizations and show your school spirit by buying the bracelets. Don’t forget we are having a Spirit Week to further raise awareness! Today’s theme is Superhero Day and tomorrow’s theme will be Black and Gold Day.

And now we turn to Two-Time NABA All-Star (Retired) Connor Horan…

…Now that the 2017-2018 NABA season is coming to an end, the team here at NATV felt it was necessary to release our pick for the Most Valuable Player in NABA.

We opened up voting, to you, the die-hard NABA fans, and asked you for your choice for the MVP.  The voting turnout was tremendous.  We factored the fan voting results into a complex equation to decide the 2017-2018 NABA MVP.   The 2017-2018 NABA MVP is…………… David Grimm.  If you see David in the hallway today, be sure to congratulate him on this life-changing accomplishment.  Next week, we will have a full breakdown of all the weekend NABA action.
