Hoco or No-Go: Boutiques
September 26, 2018
We all know the crunch of having to get a homecoming dress that checks all the boxes: looks good, within a budget, and fits us well. So, we decided to help you out by visiting different shops at different price ranges to try and find the perfect dress.
In the past, we covered thrift shops and department stores. Finally, boutiques!
We visited three different specialized stores — Lundon, Episode, and David’s Bridal — to find the best dresses. So whether you’re looking for something unique or you’re willing to put in an extra buck, here’s our take on boutiques for Homecoming.
Nisha: This is such a weird pattern that I can’t really tell whether I hate it or love it. All I knew was it was very uncomfortable to wear. And that tiger temperature is boiling.
Amanda: Nisha looks like a bedazzled version of our mascot! I love it! #letsgotigers
In conclusion, going to a boutique or specialized store for a homecoming dress could totally work if you’re willing to put in the extra cash. It can get pretty pricey at times, but you’ll find a large variety of well-made dresses and sizes to pick from.
Whether you choose a boutique or not, happy dress hunting!
