Are you looking to join a volunteer club? Do you love to read and write? The National English Honor Society is a service group that participates in projects and activities with an English twist. By meeting your requirements per semester, you can add to your college applications and earn an honor cord. More importantly, it serves as a great way to volunteer for your community! Check out our informational video and application posted via QR codes on the purple fliers hung around NASH. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on September 25th.

The NA Interact Club will have its first VIRTUAL informational meeting after school on Wednesday, September 30th at 2:30pm on Google Meet. The Interact Club provides students with an opportunity to do monthly service projects, make personal connections, develop leadership and communication skills, and have fun! Interact also offers an international travel exchange program where students can do a short-term or long-term study abroad. Email Mrs. Lombardi or Mrs. Steele to receive the meeting code.

If you are interested in learning practical skills that will help you in the real world and develop leadership skills, FCCLA is the perfect organization for you. FCCLA, or Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America, gives you access to competition opportunities at state and national levels, scholarships, and various other opportunities for community service and leadership. Last year, NA had 5 students win medals at the national level.
FCCLA is currently home to the Fashion Club, the Baking Club, and the Food Justice Club, but anybody with ideas related to FCS and community service is welcome. The first informational meeting will be on September 29th at 2:45pm. Join us at NASH in room 197 or virtually. Look out for the QR codes posted around the school.
