Taylor Swift is a titan of industry in music, and she never fails to deliver to her millions of fans. Swift is more than just a singer. She is a role model and a gifted songwriter.

She has won many awards, sold out countless arenas, released multiple successful albums, and more. Furthermore, her endless work ethic places her above the majority of her peers in the music industry.

Swift has proven her role model stature by protesting for equal rights for all during the era of her Lover album. She has also been involved with multiple charities, granted the wishes of fans, and far more.

However, Taylor Swift’s career has seen many unfortunate events, not least of which is her battle with producer Scooter Braun. The downfall of their work relationship has caused Swift to become an even more influential artist than she previously was.

Swift has been re-recording albums of hers that are under the ownership of Scooter Braun. She felt it was wrong that she did not have ownership for the songs that she worked hard on.

The albums Folklore and Evermore include lyrics that allude to the wrongdoings of Braun. The song “My Tears Ricochet,” from Folklore, contains a lyric that can be interpreted as a swipe at Braun. Swift sings, “And when you can’t sleep at night (you hear my stolen lullabies)…” indirectly towards him. The “stolen lullabies” can be interpreted as the songs that Braun took the rights from, which is clever songwriting on her part.

Swift’s re-recording of her albums is a powerful move and a good representation of a role model for the younger generation. The youth are now given an example of how to take pride in their work and become a strong leader.

The album Fearless (Taylor’s Version)  was the first album that Swift re-recorded, which included unreleased music from the time she originally put out the album. The unreleased music on the album and future re-recorded albums only proves how much Braun restricted Swift. The power control is now back in the hands of Taylor Swift, which makes her a good depiction of how to stand up for what is right.

Surprisingly, Swift delivered another project in between Fearless (Taylor’s Version) and Red (Taylor’s Version). The hit song “Wildest Dreams” from 1989 was trending on Tik Tok, so Swift surprised people with “Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version)” in September.

The album Red (Taylor’s Version) is the next re-recorded album on the publication list. Released on November 12, 2021, it shows how Swift has grown both vocally and independently, in terms of both her sound and strength to stand up to Scooter Braun.

The classic songs from the original Red are all well composed on Red (Taylor’s Version), if not better now that Swift has her freedom. She also showcased her work ethic to the world by having thirty tracks and extending the hit song “All Too Well”.

Furthermore, Swift has unreleased tracks from the original album that are featured on her version as well. These songs are labeled “From the Vault” in parentheses, and they are all very well written and sung.

The albums 1989 and Reputation will be the final albums that are re-recorded under full ownership of the artist. The already released re-recorded albums and the soon-to-be released re-recorded albums will show how Swift has grown as a singer and a person. Her personal growth stems from her courage to re-record as a power move against Braun.

The fact that Swift had already recorded multiple re-recordings from various albums in less than a year proves she is an invaluable asset to the music industry. She exemplifies the value of hard work to her fans and the world.

Taylor Swift is an evidently great singer, songwriter, and role model to everyone. She proves to the world her dedication to standing up for what is right and to supporting the fans who appreciate her courage and her exceptional artistry.
