And now we turn to two-time NABA All-Star (retired), Connor Horan…

….NABA returned from its holiday break with a bang.  Buzzer beaters, injuries, and emerging all stars have headlined the season thus far but, with the regular season winding down, we now look to breakdown the first round of the big dance  Here is the NABA playoff bracket.

In the first region, Team twelve has a first round bye and faces the winner of the play in game between team one and team four.  I see the winner of the play in game UPSETTING team twelve in the first round.  Team twelve will either face the red-hot team mcvay or the talented team one led by Sam Humes who is almost unstoppable in NABA.  Team twelve does not belong on the court with either of these two teams- look for them to have an early exit in the playoffs.  In the other game in this region I look for team six to advance over team two, even though neither team has been very impressive thus far.

In region two, I see team eighteen over team seven and team eight over team seventeen.  Look for the second round matchup between team eighteen and team eight to be a high-scoring offensive affair.

In region three, team thirteen has a first round bye and faces the winner of the play in game between team three and team five.  I look for David Grimm and team five to win the play in game over a weak team three, but fall short versus the juggernaut of Team Thirteen otherwise known as team Mencini.  In the matchup between team nine and team sixteen, I look for Truman and team sixteen to easily advance over a disappointing team nine.

In the final region, I see Blackburn and Team ten easily advancing over Stanasolovich and Team fifteen.  I also see Nicotra and Team fourteen wiping the floor with Moses and team fourteen.

These playoffs promise to deliver some of the most high-stakes and exciting games as seniors battle to continue their NABA careers.  Here at NATV, we are looking forward to the first playoff game on January 29th.  Back to you, Max.
