And now we turn for the LAST TIME this year to retired All-Star Connor Horan for YOUR season-ending NABA Update….

The 2017-2018 NABA season was certainly one for the record books.  We watched as NABA rookies came into the league, and made an immediate impact.  Rookies like David Grimm, Johnny Moses, and NABA rookie of the year, AJ Schmidt took the league by storm.  Although, there were some new faces this year, the league was still dominated by NABA legends like Josh Luchini and Luke Trueman.

Josh Luchini, who is one of the all-time great postseason NABA players, had a great season overall, but fell just short of the championship game.  Luke Truman proved himself this post season to be a NABA franchise player, leading his team to the NABA championship.

Beyond the obvious stars of NABA, role players made tremendous contributions to the league this year.  Seasoned role player Issac Ciocca won his second NABA title through his dynamic contributions as the defensive specialist on Team Truman.  The NABA universe was captivated by the cinderella story of team McVay, but they broke the hearts of the entire NABA world when they were eliminated early on in the playoffs.

All in all, this has been a great NABA season, and we are already looking forward to next year’s season. Back to you, Max.
