What is your favorite thing about playing field hockey?
My favorite thing about playing field hockey is the intensity, especially when I get to play at nexus (which is a tournament against the best players in the country that are selected through multiple training camps) and other tournaments. Why did you ultimately decide on Northwestern?
I decided on Northwestern not only because of their athletic program but also their academics. They are currently ranked 6th by U.S. News academically and 2nd for field hockey. The coaches there are very nice and funny, but also serious enough about this sport that I know they will give me constructive criticism in order to help me get better. They also do have a winning record, were Big Ten champs last season, and won the NCAA tournament in 2021.
