The North Allegheny Varsity Boys and Girls Bowling teams would like to invite you to our after-school intramurals program continuing every Monday and Wednesday (when school is in session) until mid-November. We are looking to expand our rosters. All skill levels of bowlers are encouraged to attend. We will meet at Perry Park Lanes in McCandless from 3:00 -5:00 pm. Three games of bowling and shoe rental is covered by the $6 participation fee. Students are encouraged to come out and meet the coaches and athletes that make up our Championship Bowling program. There are numerous college scholarships and recruitment opportunities for bowling. Come see what it is all about. For more information, check the NA Athletics page or contact Mr. Jorden at NAI.

Are you interested in a travel experience for this upcoming summer? Would your family be willing to host an international student for a few weeks, as well? Rotary International offers a Short-Term Exchange Program over the summer between families. The NA student goes abroad and lives with a student and their host family for 3 weeks, and then both students return to the US for 3 weeks here. You must be 15 to 18 ½ years of age to participate. Students can learn more at www.exchangestudent.org OR, stop by room 249A to see Mrs. Lombardi.

Where can you show off what you already know about history and learn even more? History Bowl is beginning their practices now. We will meet on Mondays from 2:30 – 3:30 after school in the Library. We are getting ready for our Regional Competition at the end of January. Would you like to learn more about History Bowl? The best way is to show up at the practice in the library after school on Monday, October 28th. It would also be a good idea to talk to Mrs. Ruffolo in the GOAL office in room 249A and let her know you are interested.
