Wallows – Tue, Feb 18 at UPMC Events Center
American indie/alt/rock band Wallows is returning to Pittsburgh in just a few short weeks at UPMC Events Center for their Model & More Tour. The band last visited the city in 2022 at Stage AE Outdoors, but this time they are upgrading in capacity. Lead singer Dylan Minnette also acts, and is best known for his role in 13 Reasons Why. Wallows has been around only since 2017 and continues to grow in popularity. Deb Never will be opening the show, and tickets are currently on sale, starting at $38.
Pierce the Veil – Sun, May 25 at The Pavilion at Star Lake
Rock band Pierce the Veil is bringing their I Can’t Hear You World Tour to the Pittsburgh area (Burgettstown) on Sunday, May 25th. Their sounds can be described as punk, emo, alternative, etc. Pierce the Veil formed in 2006 by the brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes after they were previously in a band together. The band is most known for their loud, energetic, and emotional performances. Joining PTV onstage to open is Sleeping With Sirens and Daisy Grenade. Tickets prices are currently starting at $42.
Tyler, The Creator – Fri, March at 28 PPG Paints Arena
Tyler, The Creator is finally making his way to Pittsburgh next month for his Chromakopia: The World Tour at PPG Paints Arena. Tyler, The Creator is a worldwide-phenomenon rapper who has won two grammy awards and countless hit songs and albums. He was supposed to have a stop in Pittsburgh for his Call Me If You Get Lost Tour at Petersen Events Center, but ended up having to cancel the show due to stage sizing conflicts. Openers for the show are both Lil Yachty and Paris Texas. Tickets are starting at $200 and going quick, so grab yours before they sell out!
Pearl Jam – Fri, May 16 & Sun, May 18 at PPG Paints Arena
90s American rock band Pearl Jam is visiting PPG Paints Arena this May for their Dark Matter – US Tour 2025. They are stopping here in the ‘Burgh for two nights over that weekend, on both Friday the 16th and Sunday the 18th. They rose to fame during the ’90s grunge movement alongside Nirvana, Alice in Chains, and Soundgarden. Although they started out grunge, they have progressed more into folk and hard rock. Tickets are currently sold out on Ticketmaster, but can be found on resale sites like Seatgeek, Vividseats, and StubHub, starting at about $230. Teen Jesus And The Jean Teasers are opening for Pearl Jam.
Post Malone – Thu, May 29 at PNC Park
American singer Post Malone is returning to Pittsburgh for the fourth time, for his BIG A** Stadium Tour this May. Malone blew up in 2016 and started out as a rapper, but has expanded all across the board. Not only does he create hip-hop, but also pop, rock, R&B, and now country. Malone is performing at PNC Park as a part of his stadium tour, with tickets starting at a whopping $195. Joining him onstage to open are Jelly Roll and Sierra Ferrell.
Megan Moroney – Fri, Jun 20 at Stage AE
“Emo Cowgirl” Megan Moroney is visiting Pittsburgh this June for her Am I Okay? Tour. Moroney has blown up on social media within the past two years for her fun-girly country music, Southern-inspired aesthetic, and her “Megan Moroney blue”. The show will take place at the outdoor stage at Stage AE, so the capacity is much higher. However, the demand for this show is out of this world. Face value tickets are currently sold out, but resale prices are starting at $350. There is currently no opener listed for the show.
Avril Lavigne – Thu, Jun 26 at The Pavilion at Star Lake
Get ready for a blast-from-the-past because Avril Lavigne, 2000s rock star, will be visiting the Pittsburgh area this June at The Pavilion at Star Lake. Lavigne’s tour is titled The Greatest Hits, so not only will attendees hear tracks from her latest album Love Sux, they will also get to hear songs dated all the way back to 2002. Many artists lately have been going on tours for all of their discography, like Taylor Swift and Usher. Simple Plan and We the Kings will open for Lavigne, and tickets are currently available starting at $49.
Billy Joel – Sat, Jul 5 at Acrisure Stadium
The man, the myth, the legend himself will be stopping in the ‘Burgh this July for a one-night-only experience. Joel will be onstage with Rod Stewart throughout the night, giving the audience an experience of a lifetime. Billy Joel has been consistently remarked throughout his career for his phenomenal stage presence and performances, even receiving permanent banners in some of the world’s most famous arenas, such as Madison Square Garden. You can see the icon in concert here in Pittsburgh starting at just $60.
Luke Bryan Sat, Aug 2 at The Pavilion at Star Lake
Country music star Luke Bryan will be visiting The Pavilion at Star Lake this August for his Country Song Came On Tour. Though it is Bryan’s tour, he will be joined onstage by many opening performers, such as George Birge, Randall King, Mae Estes, and DJ Rock. While it is a traditional amphitheater for concerts, the venue typically holds more country concerts than other genres; artists like Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, Chris Stapleton, Sam Hunt, Kenny Chesney, and Garth Brooks have all played there. Tickets are available starting at $55.
Linkin Park – Tue, Aug 19 at PPG Paints Arena
American rock band Linkin Park has a stop on their upcoming From Zero World Tour – 2025 here in Pittsburgh this August. The band was formed in 1996 consisting of a merge of genres like rock, hip hop, and electronic, and rose to fame in the 2000s. Unfortunately, in 2017, the lead singer Chester Bennington passed away, deeply affecting other members and fans worldwide. However, they returned to music three years later, and are going on tour.
