STUDENTS AND STAFF: SIGN UP TO SAVE A LIFE!!! Please consider donating blood at our upcoming NASH HPE Blood Drive on Wednesday, March 12th. Donating blood is one of the easiest and most powerful ways to help others. Just one donation can save up to three lives! If you are a first-semester physical education student who did not hear the presentation last week, reach out to your Phys Ed teacher to sign up/ Time slots are available. Explore career options and network with professionals at the lunchtime Career Conversations! Today’s sessions include a criminal investigator, an IT Project director, a Human Resources director, and a Speech Language Pathologist. The sessions take place during periods 5-8 in the NASH PLACE, room 255. Each session offers a 20-minute presentation, followed by Q&A. If the session takes place during your lunch period, feel free to bring lunch with you. More information is available on Blackboard under Student Information.

Attention All Seniors: The time for Commencement Speaker Auditions has arrived. If you are at all interested in auditioning to speak at graduation, you have until Friday, March 21st to sign up. Every person auditioning will have to write and present a 3-minute speech. All pertinent information was sent out via Blackboard by Mr. Buchak. Please see Mr. Truesdell in Room 221 with any additional questions. Again, if you want to audition for one of the at large speaking positions at this year’s graduation, the time to sign up is now!

The NA Empower Committee is thrilled to announce the Dr. Marcia Martin Expression Contest for the 2024-2025 school year! This contest is an arts competition open to NASD students in grades K-12. The theme for this year’s contest is “The Power of Belonging.” The submission window for the contest is open through April 4th. NASH physical copies can be submitted at the NASH main office.
