On Monday and Tuesday, students in gym classes were treated to an unusual but extremely important lesson on mental illness and substance use disorders. The members of Stand Together, a peer-driven mental health and stigma awareness initiative occurring in schools throughout Allegheny County, provided presentations to all Phys Ed classes. The video above was a crucial part of the presentation and showed how mental health affects us all.
