Holiday Wreaths

Need: 40 large marshmallows and 1 stick of butter, 1tsp vanilla, 1tbsp green food coloring, 5 cups of corn flakes, redhots  

Melt together in microwave: marshmallows and butter. Add vanilla and green food coloring. Mix until smooth. Add 5 cups of corn flakes and mix to coat. Drop or place in paper cups to form Holly or holly wreaths. Dot with 3 red hots to look like berries. 

Though they aren’t necessarily “cookies” these treats were my sugar downfall. If the average cookie does not satisfy, these festive wreaths are a very tasty option. Just be warned, your tongue will be green if too many are consumed…
