I would stay away from this restaurant if you don’t have a great spice tolerance, however. The meat on every taco is deliberately underseasoned in order to give the added hot sauce more room for flavor (and don’t worry, there are around 10 different options for hot sauce, each with its own unique flavor and spiciness).

Two, the crust was crisped to perfection. It was thinner and darker, yet sturdier than a normal slice. It balanced itself perfectly on the line between firm and brittle, creating a crunchy textural heaven. Mineo’s has simply perfected the dough.

I only recently discovered it, but it is by far my favorite noodle soup place. I would recommend the Spicy Noodles Hut the most. It has a flavorful lemongrass base with tomatoes, mushrooms, and cilantro. It’s a lot like Tom Yum soup, another famous Thai dish.
