Attention Seniors:  Check out the email that Dr. Dirda sent you this week regarding Senior T-shirts to find the Google Form for purchasing.  You can drop off your $15 checks made payable to NASH in Room 313 to Mrs. Perry.  All orders and payments must be made prior to November the 23rd, but why wait.  You know if you don’t do it now, you’ll be sure to forget.

Late registration for the PSAT this Saturday, October 16th has been extended until TODAY.  Please return your registration form and payment to the counseling office by noon on Thursday.

The following colleges/universities will be visiting NASH today: Washington and Lee University – VIRTUAL during 5th Lunch IN THE SCHOOL COUNSELING OFFICE. Denison University – In person during 6th Lunch IN THE SCHOOL COUNSELING OFFICE. St Lawrence University – VIRTUAL during 7th Lunch IN THE SCHOOL COUNSELING OFFICE. Sign up to meet with the representative on your Naviance account.

Attention Students interested in taking AP Exams.  Early bird registration will run through November 12th.  Late registration will follow but with monetary penalties. This registration process is a two-step process. Please visit the NASH School Counseling Site for more information or speak to your AP teacher.

The NAXC shoe drive ends on October 29th, so act fast! Visit the donation bin in the office vestibule, please take a picture of the shoes prior to donating, and fill out the form on the NHS Black Board to receive an hour of service.  If you have any questions, please contact Zane Kinne or Sarah Sharar.

The NA Interact Club will have its first informational meeting after school on Wednesday, October 20th, at 2:30 in the NASH Library. Interact is the high school branch of the Rotary Club whose motto is “service above self.” At Interact, students do monthly service projects, make personal connections, develop leadership skills, and have fun!  Interact also offers an international travel exchange program where students can do a short-term or long-term study abroad.  Come to the meeting on October 20th to learn how you can get involved.  To learn more, email Mrs. Lombardi at [email protected] or scan the QR code on the flyers in the hallway.

The Autistic  and life skills support class is selling handmade beaded bracelets to support  Zip With Us.  This charity donates free ZipShirts to pediatric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy throughout the U.S. and beyond. The bracelets will be on sale during 6th period lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Have a particular color in mind? Students and teachers can come to room 268 to place their order. The price of the bracelet is $8 or 2 for $15
