Tickets for the 2023 Senior Prom, Under the Stars, go on sale next week, starting on March 28th and running through March 31st, alternating before and after school. Tickets will be sold at a discounted rate of $80 next week and will go on sale again in mid-April for $90. For all of the necessary information regarding the early bird Prom ticket sale next week, look for an email that was sent to seniors from Dr. Dirda on March 15th, and be sure to follow the Senior Class on Twitter and Instagram.

Do you want the chance to win TWO FREE Prom tickets AND earn ONE NHS hour? FCCLA is hosting a Prom Dress Drive! The drive will be held next week from Monday, March 27th through Friday, March 31st. Donations must be new or gently used formal dresses and should be dropped off with Mrs. Gallagher in room 197 in the FCS hallway. The dresses will benefit Project Prom. People who donate a dress will earn one NHS hour and be entered into a raffle to win two Prom tickets for this year’s SeniorProm. Don’t miss this chance to put your old formal dresses to good use!

Students are encouraged to sign up to take the ASVAB Test which will be offered at NASH on Thursday, March 30,  at 8:00 a.m. in The Place.  Please stop by the NASH Main Office to register for the test before the end of the day Tuesday, March 28.  The ASVAB exam is an aptitude test designed to help young people align their strengths and interests with a post-secondary plan that works to their advantage. It measures a student’s developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success.  The test takes about three hours and includes 200 items. With our ever-changing workforce, the team here at NASH feels the ASVABwill give students the best direction possible when planning what they would like to do after high school.

If you enjoyed the yoga unit during gym class, Yoga Club is perfect for you! Come de-stress with us through movement and deepen your practice. The club meets on a bi-weekly basis for yoga sessions led by Mrs. Winters. Scan the QR codes in the hallways to receive information about each meeting.  Yoga Club will meet today at 2:30 in the Wrestling Room.

Spring is Here and Daffodil Days have arrived! Dollars raised through Daffodil Days help improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.  Daffodils and Tulips will be sold during all lunches TODAY.  A variety of options will be available for purchase by students and staff.  Payments can be made by cash, check, or card.  Give Daffodils.
