Attention Seniors- Today is the last day of the Early Bird Sale for Senior Prom tickets.  If you registered before 2:15pm yesterday, you may purchase your discounted ticket today after school in the Auditorium Foyer from 2:15 – 3:00pm.  If you have not registered, you will have a second chance to purchase your tickets starting on April 18 when the price increases to $90 per person.  Also, if you have purchased your prom tickets this week, watch for an email from Mrs. Perry regarding table reservations before our return to school after Spring Break.

Attention NASH! TODAY is the last day before Spring Break to buy Post Prom tickets!! We will be selling in the auditorium foyer tomorrow from 2:15-2:45. Only $20 for a night of fun, free food and endless activities!! Our last Post Prom had almost 500 in attendance, so this is your chance for one more night of fun with your graduating class! On Monday, April 17th, every homeroom teacher will receive bingo cards in their mailbox. Students, make sure you hold onto these bingo cards throughout the week because they are worth some great prizes.  Watch the morning announcements April 18th through the 21st. Each day, we will roll 5 bingo numbers. Redeem your winning cards across from the main office. First come first served to claim prizes! Winning bingo cards will have 5 in a row up, down, or diagonal! Do you want the chance to win TWO FREE Prom tickets AND earn ONE NHS hour? FCCLA is hosting a Prom Dress Drive! The drive will be held all week. Donations must be new or gently used formal dresses and should be dropped off with Mrs. Gallagher in room 197 in the FCS hallway. The dresses will benefit Project Prom. People who donate a dress will earn one NHS hour and be entered into a raffle to win two Prom tickets for this year’s Senior Prom. Don’t miss this chance to put your old formal dresses to good use!

Please join the NA GSA as we celebrate International Transgender Day of Visibility today. International Transgender Day of Visibility is a day dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments and victories of transgender people while raising awareness of the work still needed to end the continued discrimination, harassment, and harm against the trans community and their families.

North Allegheny is hosting its first hackathon on April 29th at NASH! Teams will have the entire day to design, develop, and build projects to compete for sponsored prizes and awards. Anyone who has an interest in technology should attend! Absolutely no experience is necessary! We’ll be providing optional workshops and mentor expertise to help teams get started! Meals and snacks will be provided. Visit hackna.org to sign up and find more details. Sign-ups are due on April 23 at 11:59 pm.

If you enjoyed the yoga unit during gym class, Yoga Club is perfect for you! Come de-stress with us through movement and deepen your practice. The club meets on a bi-weekly basis for yoga sessions led by Mrs. Winters. Scan the QR codes in the hallways to receive information about each meeting.
