This winter, Girls’ Bowling is looking for bowlers to join the team. The team will have its pre-season intramurals program on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning October 16th. The first two days of tryouts are November 17th and 20th . Any questions, stop by the Athletics Office.

Slippery Rock University is having an Instant Decision Day here at NASH on Friday, October 13, 2023. Students interested in applying to Slippery Rock will have the opportunity to review their application with an admissions counselor, have their $30 application fee waived, and get an instant admission decision before they leave the meeting. The NA Foundation Trick or Trot Race is scheduled for Saturday, October 28th on the Marshall campus. Registration is only $3, and proceeds benefit the Health and PE Department at an NA school of the racer’s choice. Look for flyers around NASH to register for the race.

PennWest University is having an Instant Decision Day here at NASH on Monday, October 16, 2023. PennWest is a part of the PA state school system and encompasses the three campuses formerly known as Edinboro University, California University of Pennsylvania, and Clarion University. An application to one PennWest site will grant students acceptance into all three. Any students interested in applying to any of these schools will have the opportunity to review their application with an admissions counselor, have their $35 application fee waived, and get an instant admission decision before they leave the meeting. We are pleased to announce the start of the Digital Art and Computer Vision Club at NASH. This club will provide opportunities to explore the intersection of art and technology, such as virtual reality art, AI art, 3D animation, computer vision, digital drawing, and more. Anyone is welcome to join. The first meeting is on Tuesday, October 17th after school until 3:15 at the NASH PLACE, the room attached to the library.
