Tram’s Kitchen, located in Lawrenceville, is the absolute opposite of pretentiousness. The inside of the restaurant is barely heated, the tables all have different sauces and condiments on them, and the menus include hand-written prices. But despite its somewhat unseemly atmosphere, Tram’s serves, in my opinion, the best Vietnamese pho in Pittsburgh.
