Get ready to donate blood TOMORROW!   If you have signed up to donate, your PE teacher will be giving you a reminder sheet today in class.  There will also be a list of names and times posted by the gym entrance, so check it out! Be sure to eat, sleep, and drink well the next few days in preparation for Wednesday!  Don’t forget your ID and your consent forms. You must have these or you will not be able to donate. Thanks for making a difference in three people’s lives with your donation! Remember blood can not be manufactured — it takes people like you and me to step up and donate!

Attention all NASH students: Dr. Maya Angelou’s grandchildren are coming to Pittsburgh to celebrate the regional opening of I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings. They will be at NASH on Friday,March 9th at 11:00 in the NASH Library to discuss Dr. Angelou’s life and work. Sign up in GOAL if you can participate in Friday’s in-house presentation.
