Attention Seniors:  There are less than 40 days until prom, but only 9 school days until tickets go on sale!!  Tickets will be sold on April 4 – 6 in the Auditorium Foyer before and after school. Tickets will be $70 per person for prom only and $80 per person for prom and post prom.  Keep a look out for more details on the NASH homepage coming soon.

Attention Seniors: Commencement Speech Tryouts are approaching.  If you’d like to be considered for a tryout, prepare a 3-5 minute draft and submit it to Mr. Truesdell in Rm 221 by Friday, April 6th before 2:15pm.

Crank Up the Tunes! Research shows that listening to soothing music can lower blood pressure, heart rate, and anxiety. Make a playlist of your favorite songs, or different playlists for every kind of mood!! Even calming noises, like waves or rain. You also can blow off steam by rocking out to more upbeat tunes — or singing at the top of your lungs! Don’t forget to get some henna/face painting in the cafeteria during lunch! Rita’s will be sold after school, and make sure to donate a toy or $5 to come down and see the dogs on Friday. Look out for the information tables during lunch. A reminder that tomorrow is “Green Jacket Day”, let’s see that green!

The FRANKLIN PARK BOROUGH SCHOLARSHIP has extended the deadline to Monday, March 26th. This scholarship is offering 11 – $1,000 scholarships to NA Seniors, living in the Franklin Park Borough! See the scholarship listing in Naviance for more details.

Attention all GSA members! The NASH GSA is holding our regular meeting this Wednesday. Then, we are headed to McCandless Crossing to watch Love, Simon. Join us for a fun afternoon!

Attention students attending the Joie de Vivre French field trip this week. The trip is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21st. Please report to the NASH cafeteria lobby at 8:10 (beginning of homeroom).  Leave your backpack in your locker at school, as you cannot carry it through the museum.

Remember to pack a lunch, and please put your name on the bag/box.  See Madame Zaun or Mrs. Lombardi with questions.

This announcement is for juniors who are interested in studying math or science in college.  If you are considering applying to Rennselaer University, there might be a scholarship for you. The qualifications are demanding.  Check online or with Mrs. Ruffolo in GOAL to see if you are eligible.

Attention BRASH tutors: We are headed to the BRASHEAR ASSOCIATION for tutoring after school today, Monday, March 19th.  Please meet at 2:20 near the NASH GYM Entrance/Exit.

We will leave from NASH around 2:20.  We should return to NASH around 6:00.

Attention students, the McCandless Community Association is looking for volunteers to help with the 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 24, from 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 noon.  Anyone interested in volunteering for this opportunity should stop down to the Main Office to see Mrs. Foglio for further details.
