Kaycee Orwig is a senior at NASH. She is a sister to seven, a daughter to four, and a photographer to many. Kaycee’s passions include her faith, writing, running, family, friends, and photography. Kaycee became interested in photography in sixth grade when she received her first flip phone. That interest developed into a hobby, which developed into a job, and will eventually develop into a career. Kaycee is so excited to share her love for photography and writing in The Uproar this year. Check out her website at kayceeorwigphotography.com. PSPA States, Action photo: The challenge was to capture movement; however, there was not a lot of action happening there. I also did not have a tripod, so I sat down on the wet sidewalk, held my hands steady, and slowed down my shutter speed to get this motion blur effect.

The NABA All-Stars faced off against a select teacher squad after school on Friday. Officiating the game were NASH's Mr. Sabo and Mr. Walkowiak and NAI's Mr. Coleman.  The event was organized by the TigerThon committee, and all proceeds went to the fight against pediatric cancer.
