“The purpose of Safety Bug is to give the kids a hands-on feeling of what it would be like to drive impaired,” said Pam Wahal, Safety Coordinator for Pretrial Services, the organization that arranged the event in the NASH parking lot.

Melina Tripoli is a junior at North Allegheny Senior High. She is a majorette for the NA Majorettes and enjoys making art. In her free time she loves to read, listen to music, and watch too much Netflix.

Rachel Morrell, Junior Class Co-Editor

Rachel Morrell is a junior at NASH this year and is totally stoked to be on the UPROAR team. She loves playing the cello and ukulele, running, writing music, and being with her amigos. She was born in California and has three dogs: her two younger brothers and an actual dog. In her free time she eats way too much chocolate and works late into the night on short stories and editorials. Rachel plans to pursue a career of writing or music in the near future.
